Sewer lines, building pads, underground utilities, well-maintained roads, and the like are vital for any ministry facility to operate. However, these are all major expenses that end up under the ground and unseen. One of our goals is to help your ministry save funds on these infrastructure projects - funds that can be diverted to other tangible ministry needs.

Our vision is to provide professional quality service at a significant cost savings thereby allowing your ministry to move forward on your project, release funds to other areas of the ministry, or to accomplish a major project that has lingered long on your "dream/wish list."

Our goal is to save ministries 50% or more of the labor costs for the same services on their excavation and landscaping projects.

Our method is to keep costs low. We stay full-time on your site giving you 100% of our focus. This lends to increased creativity, project continuity, and improved ability to employ cost-cutting measures. We operate a variety of locally rented equipment with each unit selected to match the project needs.

HighTouch Ministries is an organization whose purpose is to serve Christian non-profit ministries with their construction, landscaping, and other beautification and improvement needs which require excavating services.

WHY WE SERVE

Hightouch Ministries was formed for the objective of blending a purpose and a passion.

Having had personal experience in camp and conference center maintenance management, we understand the issues of managing the complexities of facilities and grounds maintenance on a limited budget.

As a youth, Darren grew up in the environs of Christian Camping in the Northwest where his father served as Executive Director of several camps. As an adult, Darren and his wife, Mary, worked together at a Christian conference center. Through that experience, both developed a heart for ministry as well as an understanding that financial concerns are often an obstacle to achieving major facility improvement goals.

God gave the vision for HighTouch Ministries to Darren in 1992 during his work as a camp maintenance director. After several years of practical experience in running his own business and developing real estate, God reminded Darren of the vision given over a decade earlier - and in 2004 HighTouch Ministries was formed.

EXCAVATING - There is more to excavation than just digging holes. Preserving and improving the integrity of the soil, protecting the unexcavated surroundings, and leaving the job site better than we found it are our priorities.
